PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of an optical disk having an adhesive layer of a uniform and necessary thickness, and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: A first information recording pit layer 13-1 formed on the front surface of a transparent first optical disk substrate 13 is formed and the front surface of this first information recording pit layer 13-1 is covered by a high reflection film layer 16. A second optical disk substrate 14 is arranged on the first optical disk substrate 13 in parallel therewith apart therefrom and a second information recording pit layer 14-1 is formed on the front surface facing the first information recording pit layer 13-1. The front surface of the second information recording pit layer 14-1 is covered by a light transparent low reflection film layer. A transparent spacer 22 is arranged between the first and second optical disk substrates 13 and 14 and the first and second optical disk substrates 13, 14 are adhered by the transparent adhesive layer via this transparent spacer 22. |
