PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display drawing method preventing an elongation of the drawing period and capable of speedily recovering the drawing period when the elongation of drawing period has occurred and enhancing the drawing processibility even in a heavy load state, and to provide a display device and furthermore, a multi-display device for realizing it. SOLUTION: This device has a graphic display part 100 with a double buffer, a display drawing control part 103 for branch-processing a drawing data creating processing 106, a write-in processing 107 for performing a data write to the double buffer, the screen change processing 108, etc., a register 102 for storing an elapsed time from the time of screen change executed synchronizing with a vertical synchronizing signal, and tables 110, 111 in which the above-mentioned elapsed time is divided into plural time ranges and contents of the processing corresponding to the time regions where drawing processing ended are set. A display drawing control processing 104 acquires an elapsed time for each frame from the register 102 at the end of the drawing processing, stores the contents of the processing corresponding to the elapsed time into the table 111 from the table 111, and precedes drawing data creation of the following frame when the elapsed time exceeds a time limit considering a delay within a certain range.
