The spinal osteosynthesis frame has a longitudinal rod (5) and a clamp with a cross bar (2) having bone anchor screws (1) forming a double anchor support. The fixing clamp (25) for each cross support id adjustable in frontal, sagittal and transversal planes. The bar can have square ends to receive the anchor screws.
