PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate input common-mode noise components and DC components with an inexpensive configuration by providing first and second differential amplifier circuits for outputting output signals and third and forth differential amplifier circuits respectively provided with specified functions. SOLUTION: From input terminals 1 and 2, input signals Ei, the input common-mode noise components En and a DC offset voltage EDC are inputted. The output Eout1 and Eout2 of differential amplifiers 3 and 4 are respectively outputted from output terminals 5 and 6 and also inputted to the inverted input of the differential amplifier 7 and the output of the differential amplifier 7 is connected to the non-inverted input of the differential amplifiers 3 and 4. The output Eout1 of the differential amplifier 3 is inputted to the non-inverted input of the differential amplifier 8 and the output Es is connected to the inverted input of the differential amplifier 3. DC offset components are excluded by the function of the differential amplifier 8 and balanced output is obtained by the function of the differential amplifier 7.
