PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery case capable of preventing output terminals from being exposed not to cause short-circuiting with a simple structure while a battery is not used. SOLUTION: This battery case 15 holding a battery in a housing and capable of being fitted or removed to or from an electronic apparatus is provided with pushers 21, 22 for the output terminals 16, 17 to be stored in the housing when the battery case 15 is removed from the electronic apparatus body and a pressing means 19 pressing the output terminals 16, 17 to be protruded to the outside of the housing against the the pusher 21, 22 when the battery case 15 is fitted to an electronic apparatus.
