PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the road travelling state of a specified opposite vehicle or that of a vehicle in a specified area or the like at the side of the vehicle or the side of a fixed station. SOLUTION: Data communication is enabled between a vehicle side A where a navigation device 1 is mounted and a base station B and, then, position information of the vehicle is collected in the base station B so that the travelling state of the road where the vehicle is travelling is obtained. Then, data of the display form of the road in accordance with the degree of the obtained road travelling state is transmitted to the vehicle side A or the fixed station side C so that the corresponding road on a map which is projected on a screen at the vehicle side A or the fixed station side X is displayed in the prescribed display form. |
