PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a photographer to confirm circumstances behind the photographer while looking through an optical view finder in the midst of photographing by providing a mirror so that the scene behind the photographer can be viewed through the optical view finder. SOLUTION: This video camera is provided with a main body 11, a lens 12 arranged on the front side of the main body 11 and the optical view finder 20 arranged on the upside of the lens 12. In such a case, the finder 20 is provided with a cylindrical frame body 21 extended nearly in L-shape from the front surface 11A to the back surface 11B of the main body 11. Two mirrors 25 and 26 are arranged in the frame body 21. A picture plane including a picture to be taken is viewed on a left side and a picture plane including the picture behind the photographer is viewed on a right side as the picture viewed from the finder 20. By adjusting the positions and the angles of the mirrors 25 and 26, the position and the range of the scene behind the photographer included in the picture are changed.
