<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling workability of the terminal treatment member and a high-voltage power cable, by providing on the inner wall of the insertion hole of the terminal treatment member a mount facilitating lubricative member comprising a very fine powder made of at least one kind of talc, molybdenum disulfide, and mica. SOLUTION: In the mounting operation of a terminal treatment member 10, a cable sheath 41 of a high-voltage power cable 50, a shielding copper tape 42, an external semiconductive layer 43, and an insulator 44 are peeled off in respective predetermined dimensions. Then, winding a semiconductive tape 45 around the vicinity of the end portion of the external semiconductive layer 43, the end portion of the cable sheath 41 is covered subsequently with an insulation spacer 47 having a grounding wire 46 to attach a grounding clamp 48 connected with the grounding wire 46 to the shielding copper tape 42. Thereafter, opposing the end portion of the high-voltage power cable 50 to an insertion hole 5 of the terminal treatment member 10, it is further inserted in a squeezing way into the insertion hole 5 to connect a conductor 30 with a copper- tube terminal 3 of the terminal treatment member 10 by a crimp and compression. Thereby, saving the applying work of a silicon grease to the insertion hole 5, the assembling work of the terminal treatment member 10 and the high-voltage power cable 50 can be facilitated.</p> |
