<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information guidance method using a user detecting function, and an information guidance system having the user detecting function, and a storage medium for storing an information guidance program for allowing a user to obtain necessary service or information without any complicated operation, and for dynamically presenting necessary information from a system side to the user in an information presentation form corresponding to the purpose, necessity, and taste of each user by detecting and specifying the user from the system side. SOLUTION: A facility user having a portable device for recording at least one or more of the ID, attribute, and profile of the facility user is detected (S1), information outputted from the portable device of the facility user is read (S2), and necessary guidance information is retrieved corresponding to at least one or plural read information of the ID, attribute, and profile of the facility user, and outputted to the facility user (S3).</p> |
