The invention relates to a process which consists in maintaining a mixture comprising 18 parts of Fructus Foeniculi, 12 parts of Herba Basilici and 120 parts of distilled water for 4 hours at the room temperature, followed by adding 480 parts of distilled water and boiling for six hours, separating the volatile oil and further adding 18 parts of Semen Hyppocastani, 12 parts of Herba Hederae to the plant based material and carrying out two successive extractions at reflux with 60 volumes of 70 0 and 50 0, respectively, ethylic alcohol, collecting the hydroalcoholic solutions concentrated to about 3/4 at low pressure, adding thereon 0750 parts of propyleneglycol and the volatile oil separated in the first step, the parts being expressed by weight
