PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe inverter driven on DC voltage, in which utility power is rectified, by preventing the generation of charging current to a capacitor circuit, even if current is carried between the ground and an inverter circuit or a motor caused by submergence or the like when the inverter is not used, thereby eliminating leakage current. SOLUTION: A capacitor circuit 33 and an inverter circuit 4 involving the first capacitor 34 and the second capacitor 35 are connected to the output of the rectifier 2 which rectifies an AD power supply 1, a control circuit 43 is connected to the inverter circuit 4, and a motor 6 is connected to the output of the inverter circuit 4. The first switching means 36 is connected between one terminal of the AD power supply 1 and one input terminal of the rectifier 2, and the second switching means 41 is connected to the capacitor circuit 33 in series. |
