PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption at the time of activating a driving part by performing a control so as to activate the respective driving parts in a prescribed order while distributing activation timing when the activation timing of plural driving parts overlap each other. SOLUTION: When plural driving instruction signals are simultaneously received from an image processor 10 through an I/F 301 in the case of driving control processing, a CPU 311 acquires the current driving positions of respective correspondent driving parts from respective potentiometers 210-212, 403b, 405b and 307b, calculates predictive moving time in the case of moving the respective driving parts to the desired driving positions based on the moving speed of respective driving parts stored in a motor control table and the moving time is rearranged in order from longest one. The CPU 311 starts activation from a motor at the driving parts of the longest driving time and activates the motors of respective driving parts successively in the order from the longest driving time at the interval of prescribed duration T (0.7 sec) and the overlapped activation timing of driving parts in successively controlled.
