PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a generator permanently by using a rolling action on the inclined surface of a heavy-weight spherical body and the attracting action of a magnet. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a tilting shaft 20 journaled to an output shaft 8, a planetary gear 24 at the upper end of the tilting shaft 20, a spherical-body supporting member 26 mounted on the planetary gear 24, and an inner gear 29 guiding the planetary gear 24 while engaging, wherein a heavy-weight spherical body 31 is rotatably placed on the supporting member 26, and a rotation side magnet 32 magnetized in the repulsion direction on peripheral surface side against the first fixed magnet 3 and the second fixed magnet 4 is fitted on it to transmit the rotation of the output shaft 8 to a generator.
