摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, a modulation width monitoring method and a storage medium capable of reducing designer's and engineer's load and capable of inexpensively and easily reducing electromagnetic radiation. SOLUTION: The image processor includes a crystal oscillator for generating a clock a frequency modulation means for modulating the frequency of the clock, an image processing part 111 for executing image processing synchronously with a modulated clock, a phase comparator for mutually comparing the output of the crystal oscillator with that of the frequency modulation means, a filter for integrating the output of the phase comparator, a modulation width monitoring means 108 provided with a comparator for outputting a modulation width detection signal to a CPU 101 when the output of the filter is less than the minimum value of reference voltage or exceeds its maximum value, and the CPU 101 for displaying warning on a display means of an operation panel 106 based on the input of the modulation width detection signal, turning off a relay circuit 107 and controlling a power supply for the processor so as to cut the power supply.
