PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to be thin in thickness and easy to manufacture by providing a chuck base having a size and a shape insertable into a central hole of a disk, a chuck fin movable in the projection inserting directions and nonmetallic elastic material engaging the disk fitted into the chuck base with the chuck fin coaxially with a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The disk 18 is pressed on the chuck base 4, and the edge of the central hole of the disk 18 is abutted on the pawl part 3a of the chuck fin 3. When the disk 18 is lowered, the chuck fin 3 is pressed in the direction being inserted into the chuck base 4. Further, the disk 18 is lowered, and when the disk 18 is in contact with a turntable 2, the chuck fin 3 comes out from the central hole, and the pawl part 3a is projected by a rubber spring 19, and the upper surface part of the disk 18 is engaged with the chuck fin to be fixed.
