ong lines made of at least one polyamide monofil (A) with at least one cylindrical stopper (B) fixed to the surface of the polyamide monofil, characterised in that the stopper is substantially composed of a thermoplastic elastomer with a Shore hardness (D) (DIN 53 505) of at least 50. Also claimed is the process for the manufacture of said longline comprising of: a. extruding a polyamide melt through a die to form a polyamide monofil, b. cooling the monofil, c. drawing the monofil in the longitudinal direction in at least one further step, d. relaxing the monofil, and then, e. securing the stoppers on the monfil.
