PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable utilization of a midnight power and to lessen the quantity of air to be sent. SOLUTION: An ice making machine 10a makes water as a cooling medium into ice by using a midnight power in the main. An air-cooling mechanism 10 is equipped inside with an ice storing vessel 12 which stores the ice made by the ice making machine 10a, and cools down air flowing around the ice storing vessel 12. An air sending mechanism 20 sends the air to a room 2, while the air is sent to the air-cooling mechanism 10 from the room 2. The air turning around the ice storing vessel 12 along a radiator fin 12a can be cooled down to 0-5 deg.C, while the quantity of air to be sent to the room 2 can be lessened. Herein a room temperature may also be adjusted by adjusting the quantity of the air to be sent to the room 2 in accordance with a detected value of a thermostat 23a fitted to the room 2. |
