PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the variance in characteristics of terminals based on the difference in the number of simultaneous outputs of output power sources due to power source switching circuits by stopping the function of one power source switching circuit at the time when the number of simultaneous outputs is one. SOLUTION: Power source switching circuits 56 are incorporated, and data for display is shifted to output a potential for display in order from the head terminal, and plural power source switching circuits are so provided that output terminals 55 are equal in characteristics even in the case of the difference in the number of simultaneously operated output buffers out of output buffers 54 through which output powers of power source switching circuits are outputted to terminals, and power source switching circuits are operated or stopped by switching in accordance with the number of simultaneously operated output buffers.
