PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing property in an apparatus interior and hence provide a noble flow passage changeover apparatus. SOLUTION: The present flow passage changeover apparatus 1 for a working medium includes a rotation driving mechanism 30 for rotating a valve body 20, which mechanism 30 connects the valve body 20 and a driving source through a transmission mechanism 6. The transmission mechanism 6 includes a driving element 6A and a passive element 6B for transmitting rotation in a mutually non-contact state, and the casing 10 accommodates the passive element 6B therein in a closed state, and a portion from the driving element 6A to a driving source is provided outside a closed range in the casing 10. Further, the rotation driving mechanism 30 includes a reduction mechanism 31 between the passive element 6B and the valve body 20 for reducing rotation from the driving element 6A for changeover of rotation of the valve body 20. The reduction mechanism 31 is accommodated in the casing 10 in a closed state together with the passive element 6B.
