INTERLEAVE RELEASING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate a frequency interleave memory and an output buffer and to realize a high output data rate by simultaneously releasing inter-frame interleave and intra-segment interleave, reading data from a storing means and outputting it. SOLUTION: An address to a write port is produced and the data of the (25th) to (74th) data segments of a transmission frame are sequentially written in (0)-th to (652799)-th addresses of a storage device 40. Also, a data writing device 10D alternately writes the data of the (0)th to (24)th data segments of each transmission frame in the addresses of (652800)-th to (671999)-th addresses and (672000)-th to (671999)-th addresses of the device 40. A data reading device 20D reads each data from the addresses of (0)-th to (652799)-th addresses of the device 40 while simultaneously releasing time interleave and frequency interleave.
