PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing device of neutron absorber rods which automatically perform filling work of B4C powder and stainless steel balls, improves work efficiency and relieves workers from dusty environment. SOLUTION: This neutron absorber rod producing device 1 is provided with a tube support stage 11 supporting a plurality of tube members 8, a steel ball supply unit 10 supplying stainless steel ball 7 in each tube member 8, and a changing unit 16 having a charging part 16a containing and holding B4C powder 23 corresponding to each tube member 8, and charging the B4C powder 23 in the charging part 16a. To the tube support stage, a base 3 is connected. On the base 3, provided are a B4C stocker 9 containing B4C powder 23, and an operation robot 13 automatically scooping the B4C powder 23 from the B4C stocker 9 by using a loaded measuring cup and automatically putting in the charging part 16a of the charging unit 16.
