PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer asynchronous data in real time with a small circuit scale in a data transfer device for transferring the plural asynchronous data for which a data processing speed and a data input/output speed are different. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a memory means 10 for storing data. The memory means 10 is shared by first-fourth data input/output means 1-4, and the data are inputted and outputted between the data input/output means 1-4 and the memory means 10. The priority order of making access to the memory means 10 is allocated to the respective data input/output means 1-4 beforehand, and they issue access requests to the memory means 10 with a prescribed time interval. A mediation means 30 receives the access requests from the respective data input/output means 1-4 and permits memory access in the descending order of the access priority order to the data input/output means for the access requests.
