PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly volatilize alcohol and water in the spacer spray liquid sprayed on a spray layer and to reduce the variations in required time for the volatilization of alcohol and water by heating the spray liquid in advance make alcohol and water volatizable in a short time. SOLUTION: In this sprayer, a heater 7 using a heating plate is placed in the lower part of a spray liquid tank 1 of a spray liquid circulation section to heat a spacer spray liquid 5 and concurrently to maintain the spray liquid 5 at a specified temp. Although the amount of heat of the spray liquid 5 heated by the heater 7 beforehand is not sufficient to meet the required amount of heat for the volatilization of alcohol and water in the spray liquid 5, receiving a minute amount of heat in a spray vessel B, alcohol and water in the spray liquid 5 can sufficiently be volatilized. Thus, alcohol and water in the spray liquid 5 sprayed on the inside of the spray vessel B are volatilized immediately after spraying the spray liquid 5 and the variation of required time for the volatilization of alcohol and water can be reduced and a spacer in the spacer spray liquid 5 can uniformly be stuck to a glass substrate.
