SOLUTION: A cylindrical portion 8 has a circular hole provided in a communicating state with a metal case 7 such as a comparison cell, a light source, a detector, etc. A drying agent 9 is accommodated in the cylindrical portion 8 and a hard ball 10 having a smooth surface, a larger diameter in comparison with an inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 8 and a higher hardness than that of a metal used for the cylindrical portion 8 is press-fitted to the cylindrical portion 8 from the outside by using a press. The drying agent 9 is covered by a case 9a, and at least one portion of the case 9a is constituted by a material 9b being mesh-like and having a permeability. Thereby, since a gas seal is carried out through a simple work that the hard ball 10 is press-fitted, a sealing work can be carried out at an ordinary temperature for a short time, and the number of part items required for sealing can be reduced.
