PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining fuel measuring device wherein, with no use of a sensor such as a level gauge which detects a liquid-level change of a liquid fuel, the amount of a liquid fuel remaining in a fuel tank is measured with precision even if the fuel tank is flat or complex. SOLUTION: The device 1 acquires the amount of a liquid fuel remaining in a fuel tank 11 based on the residual amount of liquid fuel stored by a residual amount of fuel storage means (control circuit 7), the amount of liquid fuel supplied into the fuel tank 11, the amount of liquid fuel which is jetted, the amount of evaporated fuel, evaporated in the fuel tank 11 which is purged to an engine, etc., and the remaining amount of fuel correction factor for raising measurement precision of the residual amount of fuel. Thus, the amount of liquid fuel remaining in the fuel tank 11 is measured with precision.
