The second portions may each include a rectangular portion, perpendicular to the elements, including a notch. The first portions may each include a guide portion complementary to the notch, the guide portion being parallel to the longitudinal wire elements. Cage 10 may include end cap elements 12, 14 as illustrated. Support elements 18 may be circular or of other shape.
