PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a matched filter with high arithmetic operation accuracy regardless of its small circuit scale. SOLUTION: An arithmetic section 6 is provided with a switch 62 that short- circuits an input and an output of an inverting amplifier 61 while a clock signal CLK is at a high level, and with a witch 64 that applies a reference voltage Vref to other terminal of a feedback capacitor 63 whose one terminal connects with an input node of the inverting amplifier 61 when the clock signal CLK is at a high level and applies an output voltage Vout to the other terminal when the clock signal is at an L level. Furthermore, switches 661-66N connect with input nodes of input capacitors 651-65N. The switches 661-66N whose coefficient is set to +1 provide an output of the reference voltage Vref when the clock signal CLK is at an H level and provide an output of input voltages V1-VN when the clock signal CLK is at an L level. Conversely when the clock signal CLK is at an H level in the case that the coefficient corresponds to -1, the switches 661-66N provide an output of the input voltages V1-VN. |
