PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption by reducing a required sampling frequency for A/D conversion. SOLUTION: A reception frequency control section 108 outputs frequency information of a channel signal component of its own station to a sampling frequency control section 107. The sampling frequency control section 107 controls a sampling frequency of the channel signal component of its own station so as not to be overlapped by sampling processing. An A/D converter 102 applies digital conversion to the received signal with the sampling frequency set by the sampling frequency control section 107. An orthogonal detection section 103 applies digital orthogonal detection to the digitally converted signal.
