摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and easily adjust a current for temperature compensation by providing the first and second resistors different in temperature coefficient for detecting temperature change and a differential circuit for generating the current for the temperature compensation from a voltage difference caused by the temperature change of the respective resistors. SOLUTION: A constant voltage source 1, the first resistor 2, a first current source 4 and a first buffer 6 constitutes a first voltage generation circuit. The constant voltage source 1, the second resistor 3, a second current source 5 and a second buffer 7 constituted a second voltage generation circuit. As the first and second resistors 2 and 3 for detecting the temperature change, resistors having the same absolute value of resistance values RG and RS and mutually different in temperature coefficient are used. The differential circuit 14 inputs output voltages Va and Vb from first and second voltage dividing circuits 8 and 11 to the non-inverted input and inverted input, generates the current IO for the temperature compensation corresponding to the temperature change based on the inputted voltages Va and Vb and outputs it to a terminal 15.
