PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier sheet for ceramic capacitor manufacture which makes it possible to manufacture a ceramic green sheet having an extremely smooth surface and is easily handled in the manufacture of the ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: This carrier sheet for ceramic capacitor manufacture is formed by providing a silicone release layer on the polyester-layer A side of a laminate film, consisting of a polyester layer A having 0.2 to 4 nm surface center-line mean roughness and a polyester layer B having 10 to 100 nm surface center-line mean roughness.
