PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct none of vibration of a main body and to prevent the main body from moving horizontally in a tank. SOLUTION: While a stopper 15 is fixed onto a base 14 put in the tank 3, a hole is bored in a base 7 where the main body 6 is placed, the stopper 15 is inserted into the hole 16 while the base 7 is placed on the base 14 across vibration-proof rubber 9, and thus the vibration-proof rubber 17 is interposed between the stopper 15 and base 7.
