PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance performance of an outer housing. SOLUTION: This waterproof connector is provided with an inner housing 12 comprising plural terminal containing chambers 13 respectively containing terminals of electric wires, an outer housing 4 incorporating the inner housing 12 and having electric wire insertion holes 48 in a bottom wall part 47 opposite to the respective terminal containing chambers 13, and a waterproof rubber plug 6 put between the inner housing 12 and the bottom wall part 47 and sealing the inside of the terminal containing chambers 13. The inner housing 12 is fitted into a spacer 5 having a body part 40 fitted into the outer housing 4 together with the inner housing 12, and a rubber plug pressing part 41 inserted with the waterproof rubber plug 6 and supporting it being appressed. And, the bottom wall part 47 is divided so as to segment at least the electric wire insertion holes 48.
