PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse pad capable of effectively utilizing a limited space. SOLUTION: A display part 13 for displaying a frame for indicating a writing area is printed on the back surface of a base material 2 by black ink, white ink is put on and printed to the display part 13 and a background part 14 is formed. A sticking part 21 for freely peelably sticking the base material 2 to a desk is formed at a colored layer 15 composed of the display part 13 and the background part 14 by printing and the entire surface of the sticking part 21 is covered with peeling paper 23. A translucent writing frictional surface 32 composed by forming a writing layer 31 freely writable and erasable by writing tools such as a pencil or an eraser in a rugged shape is formed on the surface of the base material 2 by printing and the sliding of a ball provided on the bottom part of the mouse is prevented.
