PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the decline of line quality when a mobile communication terminal is used near the head part of a human body. SOLUTION: A plurality of antennas 1 and 6 are arranged so as to reduce the cross-correlation of reception waves, signals received by the plurality of antennas 1 and 6 are inputted and reception signals are delayed by delay means 5 and 9 so as to make the time difference of the respective reception signals be at least more than the 1-chip time of a spreading code. The respective reception signals thus prevented from interfering with each other is then synthesized by a synthesis means 10 and the output signals of the synthesis means 10 are inputted to a rake reception means 12. By the directivity of the antennas when used near the human body, the reduction of the spread of delay dispersion is prevented and the decline of a path diversity gain by rake reception is suppressed.
