SOLUTION: Squares (table 1) constituted of rows 3 for displaying the names (document '1', '2',...) of documents to be converted and columns 4 for displaying plural converted formats '2', '3',... are displayed on the screen of a display device 13, a document to be converted and a converted format can be specified in a square on which a column 4 and a row 3 intersect with each other and a controller 14 successively converts specified documents to be converted into converted formats. When documents '1', '2',... displayed on respective rows 3 are specified, the conversion of the documents to be converted into all the formats '2', '3',... can be specified, and when the formats '2', '3',... displayed on respective columns 4 are specified, the conversion of all the documents '1', '2',... displayed on respective rows 3 into the specified formats can be specified. |
