<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a measured means value by multiplying the measured mass of air by a correction factor formed dependently on the amount indicating the range of measurement error and the amount indicating the direction of measurement error. SOLUTION: A voltage signal U of a hot film-type air mass measuring device 2 is an input signal of an internal combustion engine controlling device 1. The signal U is supplied for a statistic block 3 to compute a dispersion valueσ2 is supplied for a low-pass filter 4 to obtain a mean dispersion value (σ2 mean), and it is used as the amount indicating the range of measurement error. The amount (σmean) is the first input signal of a characteristics map 5. In the characteristics map 5, an operation amount hv is obtained as the second input signal. The operation amount hv corresponds to a target stroke and is the amount indicating the direction of measurement error. A correction factor FK is obtained in the characteristic map 5 dependently on the amountσ2 mean indicating the range of measurement error and the amount hv indicating the direction of measurement error. The factor FK is supplied for a multiplying part 6. The factor FK is multiplied by an amount mLM into which the voltage signal U of a signal converting block 9 is converted.</p> |
