<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which the reliability of an electrophotographic device is largely improved and which can cope with even when the productivity of the electrophotographic device is significantly improved. SOLUTION: This image forming device is equipped with an image forming part to form a toner image on an image carrying body, an image transfer part to transfer the toner image on the image carrying body to a transfer material and a cleaning means to remove the transferred toner remaining on the image carrying body after the image is transferred to the transfer material by the image transfer part. The image carrying body consists of an amorphous silicon photoreceptor and the initial average inclinationΔa of the photoreceptor ranges >=0.0001 and <=0.005. The cleaning means consists of an elastic blade and the elastic material of the elastic blade has <=45% repulsive elastic modulus at 45 deg.C and 0 to +1%/ deg.C temp. dependence of the repulsive elastic modulus in 5 to 60 deg.C temp. range and in the region where the physical properties of the elastic blade show a rubber state.</p> |
