<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling object-detecting device for securely preventing an erroneous operation due to a small animal. SOLUTION: A traveling object-detecting device is provided with a detection part 11 with a plurality of detection elements 11a, 11b, and 11c with a detection zone being aligned in a vertical direction one another, a threshold-judging means for outputting a detection signal when the output signal level of the detection elements 11a-11c exceeds a threshold value, and a signal level-judging means for outputting an alarm signal by judging the output signal level of each detection element. Then, a traveling object detection device 10 is constituted so that it outputs an alarm signal based on the output signal level of each detection element by the above signal level-judging means, when a detection signal is outputted from the threshold-judging means regarding two or three adjacent detection elements.</p> |
