PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a superconducting coil hardly make transition normal conducting state by easily and surely manufacturing the coil in a short time by constituting the coil of superconducting conductors coated with a thermoplastic resin and a bobbin coated with the thermoplastic resin on the surface which comes into contact with the superconducting conductor. SOLUTION: After a thermoplastic resin 3 is applied to the peripheral surface of each superconducting conductor 1 and the surface of a bobbin 2 which comes into contact with the conductors 1 or insulator, the conductors 1 are stuck to the bobbin 2 and each other upon occasion by heating the conductors 1 and bobbin 2. At the time of sticking adjacent conductors 1 to each other, the thermoplastic resin is applied to both surfaces of polyimide films which insulate the conductors 1 and 1/2-lapped polyimide films are stuck to each other and to superconducting strands and the polyimide films of adjacent conductors 1 are stuck to each other. In addition, an epoxy resin is electrostatically deposited on each conductor 1 and the thermoplastic resin 3 is applied to the deposited epoxy resin. Each conductor 1 is formed by stranding a plurality of superconducting wires. |
