R1 is optionally substituted pyrimidin-4-yl ring; R4 is optionally substituted phenyl, naphth-1-yl or naphth-2-yl or heteroaryl ring; m is 0,1, or 2 m' is an integer having a value of 1 or 2; R2 is defined in the specification. Also claimed are compounds of the formula VIII, VI where the substituents are defined in the specification.
