FIELD: cosmetic industry; production of creams for skin care in the form of day and night creams. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of growth factors which stimulate proliferation of epithelium cells and fibroblasts of man's skin, introduction in their base (in the form of gel) components and their mixing. Additionally introduced in cream is nutrient medium of culture of man and/or animal cells and biologically active substances of natural or chemical origin. Growth factors are prepared and used in cream in composition of nutrient medium containing growth factors including interleikin-2, erytropoetin, epidermal growth factor and leukocytic growth hormone, products of metabolism of leukocytes cells of men and/or animals at the following quantitative ratio of cream components, mas.%: nutrient medium with growth factors and metabolism products of leukocytes cells , 0.7-8.5; biologically active substances of natural and chemical origin, 7.0-27.0; base in the form of gel, the balance.
