<p>Disclosed are novel α-(2-hydroxyphenyl) nitrone compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds. The disclosed compositions are useful as therapeutics for inflammation-related conditions in mammals, such as arthritis, and as analytical reagents for detecting free radicals.</p> |
