GROUP PUMPING STATION

摘要

FIELD: control of group pumping stations working in formation pressure maintenance systems of oil fields. SUBSTANCE: group pumping station includes several pumping units, gate valves fitted at outlets of these pumping units and manifold for connecting out-going water pipe lines. Manifold is made in form of closed loop separated by gate valves into sections; each section has similar number of branches running to injection well. Outlet of pumping units are connected to manifold at points where it is divided into sections whose number is equal to number of pumping units at similar number of branch in each of them. EFFECT: increased pumping capacity; enhanced efficiency due to optimization of hydraulic system. 3 dwg
