The drive clutch arrangement comprises a drive shaft (60) with an area which extends towards a point nearby a projection (48) at the vehicle axis. A stub arm (74) extends away from the drive shaft, so that the projection engages at the stub arm, moving the drive shaft of the power device at a rotation of the axis.
