摘要 The present invention pertains to the field of biology, more precisely to that of biochemistry and molecular biology, and can be used in experimental or clinical medicine. This invention can be used for simultaneously detecting a large number of different proteins (up to 1000 designations) in a single probe, or for detecting a single protein in a large number of probes. According to the method of the present invention, a nitrocellulose membrane is divided into a plurality of cells (up to 1000) having a size of between 3 and 5 mm, wherein the cells are marked according to a pair of co-ordinates. This method further involves depositing predetermined antibodies at the centre of each cell in the membrane, immobilising said antibodies and, after washing the membrane, applying on the same some proteins which have been previously labeled in a probe. The membrane is allowed to stand for 1 to 2 hours and is then washed in order to remove the excess. The protein content is determined according to a radiographic method, while the proteins are identified according to the number of the cell (to the antibody).
