FIELD: treatment of bottom-hole formation zones of producing wells for increasing rock permeability in production of heavy oils and native bitumens. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection of hydrocarbon fluid in the form of light tar of pyrolysis with ferromagnetic components - finely divided powder of iron, cobalts, nickel, titanium, manganese or magnesite, maggeolite, titanomagnetite with particles sizing 5-15 nm, and with weight fraction in pyrolysis light tar of 15-25%. Surfactants (synthetic fat acids) are used in ferromagnetic component-surfactants weight ratio of (5-6):1, and treatment of plant with magnetic field is carried out by cycles with changing magnetic poles. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of bottom-hole formations zone of well due to more complete removal of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits. 4 cl, 1 tbl
