<p>The invention concerns a case dispensing under pressure viscous products provided with a piston (1) comprising a base (2) shaped like an upturned cup extended by a globally cylindrical wall bearing a sealing joint (10). The piston is made of metal, preferably aluminium alloy, and its cylindrical wall is provided with a joint in one of its ends and a bossing at its other end. The joint is made in elastomer or silicone, and is placed preferably at the joint face between the piston base and the globally cylindrical wall. The piston is advantageously obtained by swaging or drawing-ironing a varnished thin metal sheet then by knurling the cylindrical blank to obtain the desired profile for the globally cylindrical wall.</p> |
