The gear pump (2) is integrated into the casing (1) of the drive unit. It is surrounded by an absorber cavity (4) and an induction cavity, which extend over the entire length of the casing. The absorber cavity contains fins to damp pulsation and to stabilize the pressure field. A filter cavity is provided between the cap (6) and filter cover (10).
