The share unit (1), comprising of holding element (10), share (2), cutting blade (7) and guide (6), is made more durable with the new design of a vertical cutting blade (7). The traditional type of blade was made of two outer layers high in carbon (20) and one inner layer, with a low proportion of carbon (21). As soon as one of the outer layers was partially worn off, soil started to stick to the blade (7) resulting in an increase of frictional forces. The new type of blade (7) is made of five layers, three of them containing a high proportion of carbon (20). The softer layers (21) can be made thinner, saving material, but increasing the durability.
