A dispenser apparatus (63) includes a can (12), a discharge valve (18) coupl ed to the can (12) and configured to discharge pressurized fluid in the can (12 ), and a cap (14) coupled to the can (12). The dispenser apparatus (63) further includes a button (16) adapted to be coupled to the discharge valve (18). Th e cap (14) is configured to support the button (16) initially in a predetermin ed position above the discharge valve (18) until a user moves the button (16) relative to the can (12) to actuate the discharge valve (18) for the very first time.
